The machine equips an automatic paper card feeding device with vacuum suction cups, which automatically stores, aligns and transfers paper cards to blister stations. The servo traction system drives PVC film feeding; traction length can be adjusted directly on the touch screen without mechanical disassembly. Manual feeding is also supported for special-shaped products, flexible for multi-batch production.
2. Precise Mold System, Easy Installation & Adjustment

Forming air pressure is controlled at 0.4–0.5MPa for perfect blister molding. The oil mist device needs 20# mechanical oil for lubrication; water-oil separator regularly drains moisture to protect pneumatic parts. The circulating water cooling system keeps molds at constant temperature to avoid PVC thermal deformation.
5. Safe Structure & Convenient Daily Maintenance
Complete safety protection design: mandatory ground wire connection, emergency stop button, safety warning area, door protection switch. All maintenance, cleaning and mold replacement work must be carried out after cutting off main power and pressing emergency stop.
Lubrication standards are clear: add 40# engine oil to all cams before startup, 15–20# engine oil to transmission boxes, and replenish grease for rolling bearings once a year. The manual provides complete troubleshooting guides for common failures including incomplete blister forming, weak heat sealing, wrinkled paper cards and offset blisters, lowering after-sales maintenance costs.
