UBM‑400 High‑Speed Automatic Cartoning Machine
Bottle feeding → bottle entering (loading) → bottle inspection, (manual insertion of instruction leaflet) automatic folding and conveying of leaflets, (manual loading of carton) automatic carton picking → carton opening → carton conveying → automatic simultaneous boxing of leaflets and bottles → mechanical steel die printing (three rows) batch number (optional) → carton flap folding, inserting, sealing, defective product rejection → output of qualified products;
Cache Turntable
Labeled medicine bottles enter the cache turntable through the track (the cache turntable can store hundreds of medicine bottles), and then are transported to the next mechanism by the conveying track.
Vertical to horizontal mechanism
The medicine bottles delivered are brought to the vertical-to-horizontal transfer mechanism. The mechanism then carries the bottles and positions them horizontally on the tank chain of the packaging machine, completing the vertical-to-horizontal transfer operation
Pushing mechanism
It adopts a continuous multi-pusher design, with a total of 22 sets of pushers. Each set of pushers only pushes once per cycle, making the pushing action more gentle and ensuring the stability of the equipment during high-speed operation. Each set of pushers is in a double-pusher form, serving as the instruction manual pusher and the product pusher. The instruction manual is pushed first, followed by the packaging material, to prevent the instruction manual from causing resistance to the packaging material. The medicine plate is driven by the backward device of the box packaging machine. The operation surface is aesthetically pleasing and saves space.
