This machine is an automatic continuous high speed packing machine, which is a high-performance product integrating machine, light, electricity and gas. Product description

1. Cache the turntable

After labeling the medicine bottle into the track into the cache disk (cache disk can cache hundreds of medicine bottles), and then transported to the next mechanism by the conveyor track.

2. Vertical and rotating sleeper mechanism

4. Folding instructions

5. Push plate mechanism

Continuous multi-push design, a total of 22 groups of push hands, each group of push hands only push once per cycle, the implementation of the action is more gentle, to ensure the stability of high-speed operation of the equipment. Each group of push hand is a double push hand form, for the manual push hand and the product push hand, push the manual first, and then push the package to prevent the manual from causing resistance to the package. 6. Suction box

Through the vacuum provided by the equipment, the high-precision compound gear rotating three-head box opening device can realize the opening of the box and drop it into the corresponding position at the same time, the gear can open three boxes per rotation, greatly improving the speed and stability of the box. The suction head is used to absorb one side of the carton. When the suction head is rotated, under the action of the pre-opening mechanism, the carton can be opened automatically and fixed after being put into the station. This way of opening the carton can ensure a high success rate of opening the carton under high-speed operation.

7. Paper boxes

Hold the carton and feed it into the opening head, which can put about 1000 boxes at one time. Operators reduce the number of boxes.
