All-round Intelligent Protection & Quality Control

When the carton is missing leaflets, products or other accessories, the machine will automatically reject the unqualified carton; if there is no product, it will stop feeding cartons and leaflets in time to avoid material waste. The infeed section is equipped with product presence detection, and the pusher has a fail-safe function that stops the machine immediately in case of product jams, effectively protecting the equipment and production safety.
In addition, the machine is configured with a series of alarm and protection functions: low carton level detection in the carton magazine triggers an automatic alarm to prevent production interruption; low air pressure alarm reminds timely maintenance of the air supply system; the geared drive with torque limiter effectively protects drive components from damage due to overload. Full safety guarding with safety interlocks and emergency stop buttons creates a safe and reliable working environment for operators.
Flexible Adaptation & Easy Operation
The UBM-180 has excellent flexible production capacity, suitable for cartoning a variety of products such as blisters, sachets, bottles, vials and so on, and can be equipped with dedicated feeders according to product characteristics to achieve customized packaging. The carton size range is highly adjustable: A (35-85mm), B (14-50mm), C (70-165mm), covering most small and medium-sized carton specifications in the market. With digital position indicators and special rulers for size adjustment, the machine can complete the switching of different carton sizes quickly and accurately; the joystick remote control design makes the size adjustment operation more convenient, greatly reducing the downtime caused by production changeover and improving the utilization rate of the equipment.
