Small box palletizing:
upper and lower materials are stacked in both directions according to the specifications of the box packing , and arranged according to the customer's needs. Cylinders are used for stacking or self-stack. Panasonic servo motors can also be used for accurate positioning, fast movement, and meet the packing speed requirements.

Box silo features:
1.Large carton storage capacity - standard capacity is around 100 cartons, which can be reduced upon request.
2.The carton is extracted by suction cups. The suction cups can cover the entire length of the carton and are equipped with a protective cover. This makes extraction more accurate and the suction cups are less prone to damage than ordinary systems;
3.There will be an audible and visual alarm when the following situations occur:
1. When the silo is out of material; 2. When the machine stops for mechanical protection;
The cartons are transported from the feed chute to a servo-driven conveyor carriage to the loading station; after loading, the same carriage also transports the cartons to the sealing station - the cartons can be correctly controlled throughout the packaging process.

The loading system uses a servo-controlled feed push plate to achieve smooth transmission. When the product package is pushed into the carton, a reverse follow-up protection device must be configured to keep the product package stable. This is especially suitable for direct packing operations of a single carton, ensuring that the carton is smoothly and safely put into the carton without slipping.

Unpacking mechanism:
Carton opening device - a telescopic device is used to ensure that the lid is fully opened and the carton is square.
The configured sealing bar closes the carton flap in the correct way - the device ensures a clean and precise fold
The cartoning machine has a simple and compact structure, meeting the highest requirements of GMP. The drive unit is installed behind the back plate to eliminate the possibility of contamination. The equipment is equipped with a safety door to facilitate operators to enter each station more easily and clean debris and dust.
The mechanical drive and product areas of the equipment are isolated, the product cannot fall into the machine, it should be easy to clean, the operator can easily enter and observe each station, and the product operation should be smooth, fast and controllable
The operating parameters can be changed flexibly, and the rapid switching of different product specifications can be realized. The product specification parameters are stored in the menu memory.
