This inner and outer tea bag packing machine is a kind of automatic tea bag machine for the packing of tea and similar herbs. It makes dual teabags with drawing line and tag. the envelope is sealed and packed with paper/polyethylene film which is fresh keeping and damp-proofing. The main characteristic of this equipment is that the size of inner bag and outer bag can be adjusted.

1. Inner and outer bag's film drawing is controlled by the stepper motor, stable bag length and accurate positioning.
2. The temperature controller is adjusted by PID to make the temperature control more accurate.
3. Overall machine movement is controlled by PLC, with human-machine interface display, ensure health of products.
