3. When changing material types, the equipment should be cleared. Precautions for site clearance:
1. Cut off the main power supply;
2. Hopper cleaning. Remove the hopper and clean it separately;
3. Cleaning of vibrating plate and corrugated plate. Wipe repeatedly with 75% medical alcohol.
4. Counting parts are clean. Pull out the guide tube, photoelectric sensor and each connecting line, wipe the lens of the photoelectric head with absorbent cotton or medical gauze to remove dust.
