Working principle and performance of the equipment
This equipment uses a series of complex transmissions to imitate human actions to automatically complete the processes of unloading, opening, folding instructions, bottling (instructions) and sealing. The working process of the machine is as follows (taking medicine bottles as an example).
The feeding method is that our company uses a turntable to store materials, and then the turntable drives them into the conveyor belt device, and the conveyor belt enters the screw propulsion mechanism, which conveys the products to the product conveyor chain of the cartoning machine, and then the actions are completed by the box cartoning machine.
When the detection switch detects that there are medicine bottles on the product conveyor chain, the instructions manually placed on the paper folding machine are sucked into the paper folding machine under the combined action of compressed air and vacuum. After being folded and formed according to the user's requirements, they are transported by the rotating paper clip and sent to the paper feeding chain, and driven by the paper feeding chain to the medicine bottle pushing station to wait for medicine pushing. When the sensor located on the front panel detects that there are instructions on the paper feeding chain, the feedback signal is transmitted to the host control center-programmable controller (PLC for short). At this time, the PLC will control the vacuum solenoid valve to generate vacuum at a specific time, and use the box suction mechanism to suck out the paper box placed manually in the paper box warehouse, send it to the paper feeding chain and open the box, and then drive it to the medicine pushing station to wait for medicine pushing.
In the process of pushing the medicine bottle and the instruction manual, if there is a jam, the medicine pushing rod will move back, and the pusher overload signal will send a signal to disconnect the PLC, and the box cartoning machine will stop.
When the medicine bottle and the instruction manual are accurately pushed into the box, the paper box will continue to move forward driven by the box feeding chain. After passing through the batch number device, the steel characters are stamped and enter the box sealing station. A waste rejection device is installed on the exit conveyor belt, which can remove all the waste products with problems in the previous medicine board detection to ensure that all the small boxes coming out are qualified products.
1. Transmission system
The frame and machine plate have sufficient strength and rigidity. The automatic carton packing machine plate is equipped with various transmission systems. The overload protection device can realize the disengagement of the main drive motor and various transmission parts in the case of overload to protect the machine parts from damage. The middle plate is supported by several transmission shafts, support shafts and two linear guides, suspended in the center of the Carton Packaging Machine, and can move forward and backward. In this way, it can be adjusted according to the requirements of cartons of different specifications. The rear end of the screw rod is connected with a transmission chain, so that the middle plate can move forward and backward in parallel. The chain plate spacing of the box chain can also be adjusted according to the width of the carton.
2. Carton lowering mechanism (this part consists of two parts: carton storage and box suction mechanism)
Carton storage
It is used to store cartons. Its front and rear parts are installed on the front plate and the middle plate respectively. Since the middle plate can move forward and backward, it can be adjusted according to the different lengths of the paper box. The front and rear brackets of the paper box are connected by long holes and guide shafts, and can be moved forward and backward and left and right. In this way, it can be adjusted according to the different specifications of the paper box. At the rear end of the paper box library, a paper box material level detection proximity switch is installed. When the number of paper boxes is insufficient, the screen alarms and the customizable automatic carton packing machine automatically stops.
Box suction mechanism
When the folded instructions reliably reach the paper clamping chain and are detected by the detection switch, the suction cup sucks the box down and places it on the chain within a specific time under the action of vacuum. The box detection switch on the middle plate detects the signal. At this time, the PLC records the signal and prepares to push the medicine board. When no signal is detected, it means that no box has fallen correctly. At this time, the pusher does not move, and the medicine bottle and the instructions go directly to the collection bin.
3. Paper folding machine
The instructions folded by the paper folding machine are clamped by the rotating paper clamp and sent to the paper feeding chain. Adjust the paper folding machine base to clamp the paper feeding chain clamp and ensure that the rotating paper clamp can clamp the instructions at the same position every time.
In this way, when the instructions are behind the rotating paper clip, the paper clip adjustment sprocket is turned to make the rotating paper clip behind the instructions. The rotation time, opening time of the rotating paper clip and the opening time and opening size of the paper clip on the paper feeding chain are controlled by the main shaft and opening and closing block on the base of the paper folding machine. The main shaft and the paper clip adjustment sprocket can be rotated arbitrarily, so that each action can be adjusted until they cooperate well.
4. Medicine Pushing Device
This device is one of the most critical stations of the customizable automatic cartoning machine, where the boxing action of the medicine board and the instructions will be completed. The power of this part comes directly from the main shaft. Since this part is in continuous operation, the identity of each pusher is required to be high. The entire medicine pushing mechanism is connected to the frame base plate through a series of different beams, connecting plates, support bars and other parts to give it sufficient strength and rigidity. The main power sprocket of the pusher is installed on the main power shaft; the driven sprocket is installed on the mounting plate, and the pusher chain is tensioned through the adjustment plate; the pusher chain is a special single-row precision roller chain, and each pusher is evenly distributed on the chain.
In order to overcome the resistance encountered by the medicine board during the process of entering the box, a set of medicine pressing mechanism is added. The medicine pressing mechanism is driven by the slider on the pusher along the guide rail to drive the slider to move together, and the medicine pressing rod is installed on the slider. The pusher can control the medicine pressing to lift up by opening the guide rail, so that the medicine pushing block and the medicine pressing rod will not touch the medicine pushed out by the next plate when they are returned. When the medicine pushing block pushes the medicine board to the edge of the platform, the clamp installed on the paper feeding chain is released, and the medicine board drives the instruction manual into the box together with the medicine pushing block.
The normal operation of the pusher mechanism is mainly completed by the track. The pusher guide rail is mainly divided into the following two types: pusher manual guide rail and pusher static guide rail. When the Carton Packaging Machine is working normally, the roller on the pusher is always in the track composed of every two guide rails, and moves along the curve specified by the track. The static guide rail of the pusher cannot move after installation, while the manual guide rail of the pusher can rotate around the rotation axis. The two moving guide rails are connected to form a whole by a connecting rod, and the moving guide rail is pulled by a tension spring and hung on the pusher base plate. In this way, when the pusher is stuck during the normal pushing process, the moving rail can immediately retreat and stop immediately to ensure that some parts of the pusher are not mechanically damaged.
5. Box sealing device (the box sealing device mainly consists of two parts)
Folding device on both sides of the box.
This part is mainly composed of folding paddles and box-moving tracks. The box-moving tracks can move the paper box within its specified specific range. The power of the paddle comes from the cam on the box sealing device, which makes the paddle reciprocate within a certain angle range. The movement time of the paddle is the same as the movement time of the intermittent chain. This device has one set at the front and back, and the principle and mechanism are the same.
Box large tongue sealing device
This part is driven by two rotating cranks to drive a connecting plate to move, and the connecting plate moves horizontally, which is a typical four-bar mechanism. Three stainless steel sheets are installed on the connecting plate, which decomposes the box-moving action into three parts (bending - tongue insertion - sealing).
6. Exit conveyor
The exit conveyor is a continuously moving component, which is used to accelerate the box at the exit to prevent the box from being scratched by the box-moving chain during rotation.
7. Waste rejection detection
The waste rejection system consists of a waste rejection cylinder, a photoelectric switch, and a proximity switch. When the product is transported to this position, both the medicine plate and the paper box meet the requirements at the same time, and the product enters the next process smoothly; when one of the switches detects that there is no medicine plate in the paper box or only the medicine plate but no paper box, the detection switch generates a signal and transmits it to the waste rejection cylinder. The waste rejection cylinder is activated and the waste is automatically rejected.
8. Normal cleaning procedures for the machine
During the operation of the equipment, no cleaning work can be performed on the parts in the mechanical moving state.
If cleaning cannot be performed during shutdown due to the limitations of enterprise conditions, protective measures should be taken, such as using appropriate auxiliary tools, to eliminate any possible dangers. For running rollers, clean only from the output side towards the operator, or use protective covers at the input side and above the roller gap.
For the cleaning of packaging machinery, a cleaning procedure that meets local conditions should be developed and its implementation should be supervised.
