The AFG series vertical ampoule filling and sealing machine is mainly used for filling and sealing for ampoules under aseptic conditions. This machine adopts the stepping type transmission system in thearrangement of 8/10/12/16-head filling stations with a balcony structure to send ampoules as a group of 8/10/12/16 at each stage. The machine will automatically complete work procedures including ampoule separation, transportation, pre-fill nitrogen purging, filling post-fill nitrogen purging, pre-heating, wire drawing to sealing.

It is suitable for capping penicillin vial bottles and is a sealing machine in the filling production line. This machine has a continuous bottle feeding turntable structure, and the frequency converter has stepless speed regulation, which can complete automatic bottle feeding. The processes such as capping and bottle discharge have a high degree of automation, with no need for capping.

In the moving and guiding structure of the travel beam, the sliding sleeve type is changed into the rolling guide rail type to make the travel beam move more flexibly and the rigidity is also improved; The pin positioning structure is adopted for change-over of the format parts. No adjustment is needed when switching format specifications. The format parts that need to be frequently disassembled are all designed as the quick disassembly type to greatly enhance the disassembly speed;
The machine frame adopts the integral welding method to achieve better rigidity and stability, There are very few objects on the work bench so that the cleaning and maintenance task is easy to handle; The machine is under the closed laminar air flow system, which has better laminar flow effect.
