Product details
The flat paper-plastic blister packaging machine is a specialized equipment for blister paper/plastic (PVC, PET) composite sealing packaging of toothbrushes (stationery, chopsticks and other daily necessities), food, medical devices and similar materials. Due to the use of positive pressure forming and flat pressure heat sealing, it has the advantages of crisp blisters and flat plates, and is used for moisture-proofing, dust-proofing, improving product grade and added value.

Product description
PVC Preheating
The machine starts heating, and the upper and lower heating plates close to preheat the PVC sheet between them. After preheating, the sheet is fed into the blister forming mold under traction.
Blister Forming
The upper forming mold remains fixed, while the lower forming mold rises to its upper limit under the action of a cam, pressing the PVC sheet tightly. At this point, the air valve opens, and filtered, decompressed compressed air enters the mold cavity through the upper forming mold, shaping the PVC sheet via positive pressure forming.
Product Loading
After the PVC sheet is formed into the specified shape, the feeder loads the packaged products into the blisters. For products with special shapes, manual loading is used.
Heat Sealing
The PVC blister, now containing the products, is heated and bonded to the paper card in a spot-sealing pattern, isolating the products from the external environment.
Small Punching
After heat sealing, the sheet is transported to the small punching station, where the required hook holes are punched into the product.
Large Punching
The completed PVC strip is then punched into the required block dimensions before being output.
