GZPK series high speed tablet press is fully automatic type, the granule material will be pressed to tablet after one pair pre-press wheel and one pair main press wheel.

Generally, the granule for tablet press should meet the following requirement:

If the weight of tablet less than 0.3g, the granule should be sieved by 16~20 meshes screen.

If the weight of tablet more than 0.3g, the granule should be sieved by 10~14 meshes screen.

Liquid water content of granule should be 1%~5%.

Half-solid powder, damp powder, fine granule are not good for tablet pressing.
