Operating procedure

(1) Cleaning frequency: ① after each batch of production; ② After each shift of continuous production; ③ Clean and disinfect before and after production; ④ the replacement of varieties, specifications, batch numbers must be cleaned; ⑤ The equipment must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after maintenance.

(2) Cleaning tools: clean cloth, vacuum cleaner, brush, cleaning basin, etc.

(3) Cleaning agents and disinfectants: drinking water, purified water, 75% ethanol.

(4) Cleaning method: according to the order of first disassembly and then washing, first inside and outside, first zero and then whole:

1) The cleaning steps for the production of the same variety: ① Clean the residual powder in the powder filling device module with a vacuum cleaner and then a soft brush; ② Remove the powder punch rod, measuring tray, powder hopper, take it to the cleaning room, rinse it with drinking water, rinse it with purified water, and wipe it dry with a dry rag. Wipe and disinfect with a rag dampened with 75% ethanol; ③ The parts of the equipment that are in direct contact with the drug should be scrubbed clean with purified water, dried with a dry rag, and wiped and disinfected with a rag dipped in 75% ethanol; (4) The glass shield and the surface of the equipment are scrubbed with purified water; ⑤ Clean the site, after passing the inspection, hang the "clean" status sign; ⑥ Fill in the cleaning record.

2) The cleaning steps of the replacement variety: in addition to the cleaning steps of the same variety, the following work should be done: ① remove the capsule bucket and capsule funnel, take it to the cleaning room, rinse it with purified water, and then dry it with a dry rag, and finally wipe and disinfect it with a rag dipped in 75% ethanol; ② Scrub the CAM plate movable support with a rag, then scrub it with purified water, and then dry it with a dry rag, and finally wipe and disinfect it with a rag dipped in 75% ethanol.

(5) Cleaning effect evaluation: the appearance of the whole machine is smooth. Wipe all parts of the equipment with a clean white cloth, and there are no stains, stains, and residue traces on the cloth.
