This machine is a precise intermittent moving capsule filling machine, the following is its working flow chart. (refer to sketch 1)
2.Working process
Power on : press the green button in the power switch, the power is on, and the capsule filling machine starts to run.
vibration finishing : Adjust the vibration intensity adjustment knob, so that the finishing disk begins to vibrate, to ensure that the capsule shell can be correctly arranged.
filling capsule shell : Put powder capsule shell and capsule cap into the finishing dish respectively, about 300 capsules each time. There are many round holes with large upper and small lower funnel type drilled on the finishing tray, and the diameter of the round hole corresponds to the diameter of the capsule number.
capsule arrangement : After about 30 seconds, the shell and cap will fall into the round hole, making sure the opening is facing up. If there are individual openings facing down, the capsule cap can be gently pressed to adjust the sleeve.
Fill powder : Place the joint plate of the capsule shell filled with powder on the powder square plate, and scrape off the excess powder with the edge of the frame to ensure that the filling amount of powder is accurate.
cap : Place cap over powder shell, make sure they are aligned, then place in cap forming plate.
pressing and forming : push the pressing rod down by hand, the professional capsule filling machine will automatically complete the pressing and forming, and finally take out the covered capsule.

The operation principle of the automatic capsule filling machine is that all stations are driven by the motor to carry out cooperative movement to realize the functions of capsule filling, capsule shell removal, finished product launching and module cleaning. The capsule is loaded into the module hole according to the direction of the cap under the upper body. The filling rod pushes the compacted material into the capsule body. Finally, the cleaning brush collects the finished capsule.
