How to maintain the tablet press?

Stamping method of tablet press

(1) Middle mold device: the middle mold fixing screw on the turntable is flat with the outer circle area of the turntable one by one, do not make the middle mold into the head of the screw, the middle mold device is very tight, when placed flat, the available middle mold punching rod (random tool) is punched into the hole, for the hammer gently into the middle mold into the mold. (3) Lower punching device: open the small door on the main body, installed by the round hole of the main body, the installation method is the same as the upper punching, and the disc must be covered flat after installation.

(4) After the die is all set, the removed parts are installed according to the original position, continue to rotate the test handwheel by hand, make the turntable rotate 1-2 turns, observe the up and down punch into the middle die hole and act on the curve guide, must be flexible without collision and hard friction, start the motor, make the empty car run for 2-3 minutes, stable and normal can be put into production.

 

Instructions for use

1, the quality of the die must be checked repeatedly before use, whether there are missing edges, cracks, deformation and incomplete tightness and whether the device is complete and good.

2, check whether the powder of the particle raw material is dry and the powder content of the particle is preferably not more than 10%. If unqualified, do not press hard, otherwise it will affect the normal operation and service life of the tablet press machine and raw material loss.

3, the initial test should be placed on the pressure regulator control indicator needle 6, the powder into the bucket, turn the test handwheel with the hand, while adjusting the filling and pressure, gradually increase to the weight and hardness of the tablet to meet the requirements of the finished product, and then start the motor, and then open the clutch, for formal operation production, in the production process, the quality of the tablet must be checked regularly. Whether it meets the requirements, adjust it if necessary.

4, the choice of speed has a direct impact on the life of the tablet press machine, due to the nature of the viscosity of the raw material and the size of the sheet diameter and pressure in the use of can not be unified provisions, the structure of the tablet press machine is stepless variable speed device, slow speed is suitable for pressing minerals, plant grass, large diameter, poor viscosity and fast difficult to form materials. Mechanical lubrication

5, the tail of the punch rod and the curve rail guide with butter lubrication, pay attention to not too much to prevent oil from penetrating into the powder and affecting the quality of the tablet.

6, in the refueling should be careful not to make the oil spill out of the cup, not to flow to the automatic tablet press machine around and on the ground, because the oil is easy to make the material stain affect the quality of the tablet.

 

Maintenance instructions

1, regular inspection of machine parts, 1-2 times a month, check items for worm gear, worm, bearing, pressure wheel, crankshaft, upper and lower guide rail and other moving parts are flexible rotation and wear, found defects should be repaired in time.

2, after a use or stop, should take out the remaining powder, brush the tablet machine name part of the residual powder, such as a long time, must be removed all the die, and the machine wipe clean, the tablet machine smooth surface coated with anti-rust oil, cover with cloth.

3, the maintenance of the die should be placed in a covered iron box, so that the die is immersed in oil, and to keep clean, do not rust and damage, it is best to customize the iron box to each specification of a box, can avoid the use of misloading and help to master the loss of the situation.

4, the use of places should be cleaned and cleaned frequently, especially for medicine and edible tablet manufacturing should not have gray sand, flying dust.

 

Installation instructions

1. The automatic tablet making machine is packed as a whole. After unpacking, move it to the appropriate place to use. It can be used after being flat.

2, electrical lines and devices, should pay attention to the voltage, the user does not propose, all stipulated as 380 volts, and in the wiring should pay attention to the direction of motor rotation, must be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the machine, do not reverse, in order to ensure electrical safety must be installed effective ground.

3, the automatic tablet making machine should be placed in a dry, clean, light enough indoor use.

 

Matters needing attention

1, the protective cover, safety cover and other devices on the machine equipment should not be removed, and should be installed when used.

2, the die needs to undergo strict inspection test and shape inspection, to no cracks, deformation, lack of edges, appropriate hardness and size accurate, such as unqualified do not use, so as to avoid serious damage to the machine.

3, granular powder should not exceed 100 mesh, because it will make the upper flushing fly powder, the lower flushing leakage, affecting the parts, easy to wear, sticky punching and raw material loss.

4, do not use the raw material that is not dry, because it will make the powder stick to the punch surface.

5, if there is a jump or stagnation in the operation, it must not be taken by hand to avoid injury to the hand accident.

6, start the motor first, after normal operation, then start the clutch.

7. If the machine is found to vibrate abnormally or make abnormal noises during use, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

8, the pressure should not be too large in use, generally measured by the load of the motor with 380 volt motor when the heavy load current does not exceed 4 amps as normal.

9, the weight difference increases: in the pressure process, the weight difference can exceed the limit prescribed by the pharmacopeia, the qualified, but in the tablet process, often found that the weight difference increases, the reasons and treatment methods are described as follows:

(1) The length of the punch is not uniform, which is easy to cause the difference in the weight of the piece to increase, so before the use of each punch check after the caliper is used, such as the individual piece weight is light, can be due to the failure of the downstroke movement, resulting in the filling of particles less than other, should check out the individual downstroke, eliminate obstacles.

(2) The hopper or pellet filler is blocked: when pressing the tablet, if the particles used are small, sticky or wet, and the particles occasionally have cotton yarn heads, tablets and other foreign bodies mixed, the flow is not smooth, so that the particles added to the die hole are reduced, affecting the weight of the tablet, if the weight is suddenly reduced, that is, stop for inspection.

(3) Particles cause changes in flake weight: the particles are too wet, the fine powder is too much, the particle thickness difference is too large, and the lubricant in the particles is insufficient, which can also cause changes in the flake weight difference, and the particle quality should be improved.

(4) The cause of the change in sheet weight, the general situation is caused by the failure of the tablet machine or the negligence of the work, so in the process of tablet pressing, should do a good job of maintenance work, check in detail whether the parts are damaged, and weigh the piece weight once at a certain time (10-20 minutes), whether the piece weight is in accordance with the regulations.
