CCD COUNTING MACHINE Main Feature
1.) High resolution: the traditional infrared sensor has about 10 to 15 detection points per channel, while our CCD Counter has an average of about 250 imaging points per channel, which is actually equivalent to the detection accuracy of 0.12mm.
2.) Double tablets recognition: Double tablets can be recognized. We know that our counting machine may have laminations, but in fact, it is impossible to completely overlap in the process of falling, and the infrared sensor will not be able to deal with it. This CCD can be calculated according to the projection area. The accuracy of identifying laminations is more than 10 times that of infrared sensors.
3.) Removal of broken particles: As the width of drug particles can be accurately measured, and then the projection of drug particles can be calculated according to the falling time, so that the difference between small broken particles and normal drug particles can be seen. The highest standard that can be sensed by traditional sensors is the thickness of tablets. This dimension can be added to the dimension of thickness, that is, the detection width. One third of the fragments can be removed. This is mainly determined by the attitude of the free falling body.
4.) Anti particle dust: As the CCD camera is used to image through backlight, the light source developed by our company has high brightness and can automatically adjust the light, which is perfectly combined with the program algorithm, and can automatically increase the brightness of the light source with the increase of dust; On the other hand, since the CCD camera is far away from the place where dust is generated, it is not easy to pollute.
5.) Whole process recording: 32g memory card can be equipped internally. We develop our own high-speed recording system and cooperate with the accurate clock system to accurately record the projection data and production time of drug particles produced in the recent year. With our man-machine interface system, we can view the historical image data at every moment.There are advantage of the functions below:
First, it is convenient for product traceability. It can track the projected images in all drugs during production, including the foreign bodies passing through the drugs and small fragments in the production process.
Second, it is convenient for equipment debugging. Once the cylinder fails to work normally and causes the tablets to pop up, it can help judge whether the cylinder is normal by the special image of the pop-up drug,
Third, the counting parameters can be adjusted.
6.) Simple installation debugging and use: The function is powerful, but the installation and debugging are also very simple. You can operate according to the specified steps in the human-machine interface following to video manual for training, and can complete the installation, debugging and replacement.
7.) Stable scanning cycle: A more advanced four core processor is adopted. Our scanning cycle is a scanning cycle every 1mm of drug particles. Multi cores are used for area recognition and simple shape recognition;
The processor adopts direct acquisition and algorithm processing, and will cooperate with the measurement and control board for output control. There is no other equipment in the closed loop of the whole process, so it is more stable.
8.) Powerful Human-machine interface: Combined with CCD camera, the human-machine interface software developed by our company runs on Windows system;

9.) System maintenance: since the whole system is developed by our company, when the user provides us with a WiFi hotspot signal, our equipment can be connected to the network, and after the network is connected:

12.) With photoelectric control device: When there is no bottle or when the bottle is blocked, the equipment will stop automatically without counting. When it returns to normal, the equipment will automatically start operation.
13.) Bottle height adjustment:When replacing bottles with different heights, it can be realized by using electric adjustment mode and upper and lower limit switches, which are controlled on the touch screen.
