Maintenance and lubrication
1.1 Routine inspection and maintenance
The upper and lower punch should move smoothly. Periodic clean the punch hole and keep a thin oil film.
Lubrication of the central lubrication system should be propriety. The oil circuit should be expedite;
Coat an oil film to the guide rail of the upper guide rail plate after you clear it.
1.2 Maintenance of the main drive worm gear case
The worm and gear runs through the axletree. Generally, it does not need to do the special maintenance, however, you have to ensure that the air around will be smooth and the cooling fan should be in gear when the machine is working.
The oil position in the worm gear case needs the periodic inspection. Change the lubrication after it run for 2000 hours.
The lubrication is L-CKE/P worm and gear lubrication. (Summer: No. 680; winter: No. 460)
Adjust the clearance of the worm and gear again after the long running. The adjustment should under the warm circumstance after the running. Preoperation for 4 hours before and after the regulation, the ascending temperature should less than 35℃.
1.3 Tension of the strap
Check whether the strap can move 1~2cm at the midpoint of the rotary side. If it can, then the tension is suitable.
Regulate the tension of the strap by moving the motor base. After you finish the regulation, tighten the relevant bolt.
1.4 Maintenance of the center lubricating system
Check all the oil circuit and flux in periodic time and regulate them in time.
Timed pour the waste oil in the waste oil case.
When the indicator light of the lubrication shortage is lightened, you should stop the machine, clean or add the oil. The type of the oil: shell omala 150.
The automatic lubricating points are:
1． Lifting worm wheel;
2． Lifting guide axle;
3． Lower wheel worm wheel;
4． Exit guide rail;
5． Filling guide rail;
6． Upper punch;
7． Lower punch
8． Top of the punch
Choose of the lubrication: it is show that, the good lubrication can improve the performance of the machine and reduce the abrasion effectively and reduce the rate of rejects as well. According to the production rules of the medicine, we usually choose the foodstuff level lubrication to avoid the pollution. Through the test, we find when we choose the common No. 46 hydraulic oil, the lubricating performance of the oil will be declines after the machine run over 12 hours or stop using it for one day. It will lead the black block on the die and punch or it will make the upper and lower punch alarm.
After we choose the car lubrication, the lubricating effect will not be changed a lot if the machine works for 24 hours or stop using it for 2 days. From the production effect, the black point and the alarm phenomenon are reduced a lot. If you choose a better one, just like the OMALA 150 and the foodstuff level GL150, you can satisfy the requirements as well.
1.5 Grease lubrication
The equipment is equipped with a set of grease lubrication system. The important axletree parts can add the oil through this system. The dosage can be regulated yourself. Generally, add the oil for one time in a month. The grease lubricant should choose the watery one or it will jam the tube.
