Maintenance and lubrication
1.1 Routine inspection and maintenance
The upper and lower punch should move smoothly. Periodic clean the punch hole and keep a thin oil film.
Lubrication of the central lubrication system should be propriety. The oil circuit should be expedite;

The oil position in the worm gear case needs the periodic inspection. Change the lubrication after it run for 2000 hours.

Adjust the clearance of the worm and gear again after the long running. The adjustment should under the warm circumstance after the running. Preoperation for 4 hours before and after the regulation, the ascending temperature should less than 35℃.
1.3 Tension of the strap
Check whether the strap can move 1~2cm at the midpoint of the rotary side. If it can, then the tension is suitable.
Regulate the tension of the strap by moving the motor base. After you finish the regulation, tighten the relevant bolt.
1.4 Maintenance of the center lubricating system
Check all the oil circuit and flux in periodic time and regulate them in time.
Timed pour the waste oil in the waste oil case.
When the indicator light of the lubrication shortage is lightened, you should stop the machine, clean or add the oil. The type of the oil: shell omala 150.

1.5 Grease lubrication
