1.Check the parts regularly, 1-2 times a month. Check whether various moving parts such as worm gear, worm, bearing, press wheel, upper and lower guide rail are flexible and wear, and if defects are found, they should be repaired in time.
2.The vibrating handle of the powder absorption box must be vibrated several times per shift, and the powder storage should be cleaned in time to prevent blockage of air flow channels. When the use is finished or the machine is stopped, the remaining powder should be taken out and the residual powder in all parts of the machine should be washed. If the pressed powder is too fine or the viscosity is too high, it should be cleaned once every two shifts. And the machine will be cleaned, the surface of the machine parts coated with anti-rust oil, covered with cloth
3.The die should be placed in a covered iron box and immersed in oil. Keep it clean and free from rust and damage
4.The facility of use should be cleaned and cleaned frequently, especially in the manufacture of medicine and edible tablets free of ash sand and dust
5.Electrical components should pay attention to maintenance, regular inspection, and keep in good running condition. The cooling fan should be cleaned regularly with compressed air.
6.Electrical components should pay attention to the working environmental conditions (temperature, humidity), in a good environment, will extend the service life of the parts.
7.The maintenance of electrical components should be carried out by professional and technical personnel, especially the frequency converter should be carefully engaged in, under normal circumstances should be sent to professional manufacturers for maintenance.
8.Before the insulation test of the electrical parts of the automatic tablet press machine, all the control loop cables of the main circuit of the inverter must be removed to avoid damage to the inverter by the insulation test. 9.Dismantling, top-down dismantling sequence: remove the discharge sleeve, take out the barrel.
10.Remove the de-duster and powder suction box, open the four plexiglass Windows, and remove the outlet nozzle
11.Loosen knurled screw, connecting shaft, remove forced feeder device open rear door, install handwheel.
12.Remove the upper punch. Remove and loosen knurled screws one by one from the upper flush dust collecting ring, remove the removal cover, and remove the cover plate on the parallel rail. Slowly turn the handwheel (turn the turntable counterclockwise) to remove the upper punch one by one.
13.Use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust in the surface of the turntable, the surrounding table, the feeder plate and the middle die hole, brush the upper punching hole with a brush (special products must be cleaned with alcohol), roll the clean white cloth into a long strip, insert the white cloth into the upper punching hole with a spinner, and wipe each upper punching hole. After cleaning, install the top up parallel rail cover plate.
14.Remove the punch. Remove the stainless steel cover, lower punch loading rail, slowly turn the handwheel (make the turntable turn counterclockwise) one by one remove the lower punch. Clean down punching the same way as up punching.
15.Remove the center mold. Screw out the setting screw of the middle die and push the middle die out from the bottom hole with the middle die punching rod. The method of cleaning the die hole in the turntable is the same as punching the hole.
16.Take off the handwheel, install the lower punch loading rail, close the rear door, install the removal casing, stainless steel casing, plexiglass window, etc.
17.Divide the removed upper and lower punches into two rows in the opposite direction and put them into the punch box to avoid damage caused by punch head collision,.Then use clean white silk (special products also need to be cleaned with alcohol), wipe the die, placed in a covered iron box, so that the die is all immersed in oil, do not rust and damage, it is best to customize the iron box to each specification of a box, can avoid the use of misloading and help to master the loss of the situation. Installation steps is according to the "dismantling steps" in reverse.
