These fine powders are attached to the punch, punching and middle die holes, which will cause mechanical failures such as plug punching, inflexible rotation of the punch, noise, and even tablet weight instability, such as punch breakage and feeder breakage. Therefore, during the working process of the rotary tablet press, the tablet press room should be cleaned regularly. It is recommended to clean at least once per shift.

(2) Regular inspection and maintenance of wearing parts: the guide rail, press wheel, press die and other wearing parts of the tablet press. And timely inspection or lubrication maintenance of the equipment, preventive maintenance.

(3) The stamping die should undergo strict flaw detection test and appearance inspection, and there should be no cracks, deformation, edge stiffness, and accurate size. If not qualified, do not use, so as to avoid serious damage to the machine.

(4) Do not use raw materials that are not dried, because this will make the powder stick to the surface of the punch.

(5) If there is a jump or stagnation in the operation, it must not be held by hand, so as not to hurt the hand.

(6) The particle powder can not exceed 100 mesh, because it will cause more powder to be flushed up and more material to be leaked, which will affect the easy wear, bonding and loss of raw materials of the parts.
