On-site FAT Acceptance Process

1. Pre-test Hardware Inspection
At the initial stage of FAT acceptance, our senior mechanical and electrical engineers accompanied Polish customers to carry out a meticulous physical inspection of the whole counting line from upstream bottle sorting module to downstream finished product output station. The inspection scope covered high-precision mechanical assembly structure, integrated PLC electrical control cabinet, high-speed servo driving system, imported photoelectric counting sensors, stable bottle conveying pipeline, full-set safety emergency protection devices, matched auxiliary parts and complete spare parts kit. Considering strict European equipment access standards, our production team adopted anti-corrosion and easy-cleaning surface treatment for equipment contact parts, fully fitting daily cleaning and hygiene management requirements of pharmaceutical workshops. The Polish customer spoke highly of standardized wiring process, precise assembly tolerance and overall exquisite manufacturing workmanship, confirming all equipment appearance and structural indexes are consistent with confirmed construction drawings and EU mechanical equipment access rules.

2. Core Performance Simulation Test (Core Link of Counting Line FAT)
Pharmaceutical counting equipment belongs to high-precision pharmaceutical packaging machinery, which has far stricter requirements on counting accuracy, continuous operation stability and anti-interference performance than ordinary packaging machines, especially for European pharmaceutical factories that follow GMP standards, tiny counting errors will lead to unqualified batch production. To restore real production conditions of the customer’s Polish workshop truly, we used the customer’s exclusive tablet, hard capsule and soft capsule samples delivered in advance for full-load simulated production test, completely simulating daily continuous batch production scenarios of the customer's factory:
- High-precision counting test: Continuous running test for 4 hours without shutdown, verifying the photoelectric intelligent counting system. The error rate of particle counting is controlled within 0%, meeting the high-precision filling requirement of European pharmaceutical workshops;
- Full-speed linkage operation test: The whole line runs at customized production speed, realizing automatic bottle sorting, automatic counting filling, defective product automatic rejection and stable bottle output linkage operation. No jamming, missing counting or repeated counting occurred during the whole operation;
- Human-machine interface & parameter debugging test: Customers independently set production parameters such as filling quantity, operating speed and alarm threshold via the touch screen. The equipment responds sensitively, and the system supports multi-group production formula storage, which is convenient for flexible switching of different pharmaceutical production batches.

3. Safety Test & Technical Document Review
In view of mandatory CE certification requirements for machinery exported to European countries, our engineering team finished multiple safety performance tests item by item, including emergency stop response test under abnormal operation, motor overload automatic protection test, equipment operating noise detection and circuit leakage protection test. All safety indicators passed the test perfectly and meet EU CE mandatory safety standards. In addition to equipment performance testing, our document team sorted out complete standardized English version technical materials one-stop for European customer, including official FAT original test record report, detailed equipment operation and maintenance manual, complete electrical schematic diagram and pipeline layout drawing, original factory spare parts list, CE certificate and GMP compliance description document. All documents can be directly used for local customs clearance, factory equipment filing, daily staff operation training and regular workshop internal audit in Poland, greatly saving the customer’s subsequent document sorting time.

4. FAT Report Sign-off & Follow-up Arrangement
Upon full completion of all acceptance items without any hidden troubles and unqualified points, authorized representatives from both our company and the Polish customer signed the official FAT acceptance certificate in written form. During the communication after acceptance, the Polish customer praised our strict factory testing system, mature equipment manufacturing technology and professional on-site technical explanation service, and expressed willingness to maintain long-term in-depth cooperative relations in subsequent pharmaceutical packaging equipment procurement and project upgrading. The passing of FAT marks the counting line has completely met all shipment conditions. Our logistics team will immediately carry out professional export shockproof, moisture-proof and fumigation packaging procedures, and arrange container shipment as scheduled. After the whole counting line arrives at the customer’s factory in Poland, our experienced after-sales engineers will fly to the local site to provide one-stop overseas service, including equipment unloading and positioning, overall wiring connection, on-site linkage debugging, formal SAT site acceptance and face-to-face operation training for local production staff, ensuring the equipment can be put into formal mass production efficiently in a short time.
